In a statement released on the 7th anniversary of the pledge by African Union member states to allocate 15% of national budgets to health, Nobel Prize Winner Archbishop Desmond Tutu and the Africa Public Health Alliance 15% Now Campaign have urged African Heads of State and Government to immediately implement the Abuja April 2001 commitment.
